Rain soaked kisses in the middle of the street;
           Singing our favorite songs in your front seat.
Over and over again I'm thinking this could never end
      I got careless—didn't see you wanted to be free
Now you're dancing with her and I'm wondering:

                           Do you remember me?

Your hands once felt so right on my hips;
             My lips still tingle at the memory of your kiss.
Yet what memories play inside your mind now?
     Does my name ever echo when you're kissing her?
My face cross your mind when you're holding her?

                                          Do you remember me?

How could all those late night talks
               Sharing secrets during our afternoon walks
Just disappear from your mind. Replace me so quickly
          You claimed you needed space. What you wanted was her
She could offer something. What did she have? The world?

                               Do you remember me?

The laughter, the ease, as we wished on stars
            How you tried to lasso the moon to bring it closer to me?
Do you remember me?
                  Tears are rolling down my cheeks
                             As you pull her in close; she smiles
                                           How can I walk away?

Do you remember me?
             The tears you once wiped away from my eyes
    Now they are falling with no one to help me cry.
                          How could you just forget about me?
            How could the world just stand in someone else's smile
                                               Do you remember me?

How could you do this to me;
           Just let me go without looking back.
Flee to another lover's arms and not care about me
      How could you do this to me?

                              Do you even remember me?

I keep silent
even when I'm screaming inside
because the things that drive me crazy,
I have no choice but to hide.

a bit too little too late you were;
i was tired of reading your mind,
sort of unsure of stealing words of your mouth,
you shared secrets, but I wanted to be your secret,
i wiped your tears, but did you ever cry over me?
If i'm in another's arms, its because-
I want to be your secret, I want to see you drop a tear for me.

-hug- you are awesome and inspiration as always

Sanity may take one of only two forms: either that of ignorance, or denial.

Some people say they haven't yet found themselves. But the self is not something one finds; it is something one creates.
:iconemocinderella:
Wow, that was so beautiful. Sadly enough, I could definitely relate to it.
